Enquiries, bookings & payments
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not confirm a booking. Bookings are only secured once payment terms, session details, and a signed client agreement have been completed (sent separately through Studio Ninja).
Session fees, deposits, and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual client agreement.

Refunds & Cancellations
Session fees and deposits are non-refundable once paid, as they secure your booking and cover preparation time. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. If a session cannot go ahead due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer to reschedule or apply the payment to a future session.
Refunds will only be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law.
